Following the events of October 7th, when the commander of my settlement's emergency response team (on the northern border) approached me, I immediately understood the critical need for an advanced technological system that would address field challenges.
As a technology expert with over two decades of experience in the Israeli and global high-tech industry and CTO of Rav Messer company, I recruited a top-tier professional team. Together, we developed the Spark system - an innovative technological platform that provides a comprehensive solution for managing emergency response teams.
The system was developed as complete volunteer work and is provided free of charge to official emergency response teams in Israeli settlements, thanks to the generous donations of dear donors who understand the importance of security at this critical time.
